speedHYBRID 450 tested in AutoBild allrad

''Big, strong and ecological harmless: the speedART speedHYBRID 450 combinates petrol engine with an electric motor. Not at least by the power increase up to 450hp the fat car has nothing in common with a rolling disclaimer. We elect the white giant to the fastest hybrid car of the world.''

BTR-II 650 EVO tested in GT PURELY PORSCHE
![](clear.gif)
''Porsche specialist, speedART, has released details of its most extreme tuning programme for the generation two 997 Series 911 Turbo, which sees the twin-turbocharged engine generate 650hp and 850Nm of torque, an increase of 150hp and 200Nm over the standard engine.''
BTR-II 650 EVO tested in TOTAL 911
![](clear.gif)
"Improving the latest 911 Turbo sounds a tough call- but speedART has risen to the challenge with this astonishing 650bhp creation. One of the first tuners to offer an upgrade programme for this new engine, speedART offers both a modest 580bhp Powerkit, and a much wilder 650bhp version. While I have to think at least twice every time I try to recall its BTR-II 650 EVO designation, this 997 Turbo-based car impresse deeply with its distinctive looks and well-sorted dynamics.''
SRS 420 tested in TOTAL 911

"It feels more aggressive and incisive than standard when you open the taps fully. Over the years i have become blase about some upgrades that simply involve air filter, exhaust and ECU remap, as their results are sometimes no more than 10hp with more decibels behind the head. In this case, however, the extra 35hp and 40Nm of torque can really be felt, and they are delivered cleanly with a crisper throttle response"
BTR-XL 630 tested in GT PURELY PORSCHE
![](clear.gif)
"So what´s the verdict? Well, there´s no doubt that the BTR-XL 630 manages to distinguish itself from the standard model. The performace package is terrifically executed, too. The extra power doesn´t come at the cost of any loss in driveability, and transforms a ferocious performer by amplifying the car´s encapsulating drive. An intoxicating experience that, as it does to the scorched tarmac, leaves its mark on your mind."
BTR-XL 600 tested in GT PURELY PORSCHE
![](clear.gif)
"There are plenty of people out there for whom the standard car will never be enough, people who want to push the barriers of what´s possible and get the ultimate performance from their Porsche. The figures we have been able to extract from the BTR-XL prove that speedART is more than capable of satisfying such demand."
BTR-XL 550 tested in LUXURY & EXOTICS
![](clear.gif)
"In combination with the decals, carbon wing, carbon mirrors and black front splitter the BTR 550 really gives the appearance of a track car. And thanks to the tried and tested components, as well as the addition of 70hp and 75 ft-lbs of torque the BTR 550 really acts like a track car too. It just happens to be built for the streets."

"So no matter whether it´s the styling package, the power upgrade or both that prick your interest, there´s no denying that speedART has done a great job of adding a touch of exclusivity to the mid-engined coupe. And let´s face it, if it can turn heads in Weissach it must be good."
